not every symptom necessary mean an illness needing treatment.Alot more information is needed.Though you are very young to have any major issues with prostate one need to know if you have any other issues like any hesitancy while initiating urination , how is flow of urine certainly you have been having some terminal dribbles.Any pain discomfort while passing urine any h/o renal colic any blood in urine any penile discharge.i suppose my colleague very bluntly asked about multiple partners some time if you have STI or prostatitis sec to STI one can get such symptoms.Ureteric/kidney stone can produce such symptoms.
ensure you don't have urinary tract infection.if you don't have any of above symptoms may be best strategy is leave it few wks to see if this settles on its own .
