Talk to Urologist on Urethral Stricture, Erectile Dysfunction

I fought with my Friend. He caught up my penis and pressed my penis little hard for 1 minute .i feel pain when i urinating but not so much but I feel burning a lot. I also feel inflammation , Swelling. I have a problem with my urethra. I also do ultrasound, urine test etc. And meet with doctor two time but I didn't feel better. Also I have erectile dysfunction whenever I want to stand my penis then my penis go down direct. Mean bilkul karra nahi hota.. Hope for the best advice
