Talk to Urologist on Urethral Itching

From 2 days, I've been having this weird itchy and tingling sensation in my urethral tract. Also, the urine output is less and I have to visit washroom quite frequently. Apart from that, there's also some discharge- which doesn't drip, I have to press in order for it to drip down. Is that indicative of any STD or could it be non-STD related UTI? I just don't like to visit urologist as it puts me way too out of my comfort to talk about these things. Any help here would he appreciated.
