The suspicious glands were treated by highly specific monoclonal antibodies against AMACR, CD10, P63, CK7 and Actin. The panel reveals the presence of an INTACT LAYER of myopepithelial cells. Those are found to be CD10, P63 and Actin POSITIVE even in moderate expression of cytoplasmic granular AMACR.
Diagnosis: High grade PIN/BPH/Free of invasive neoplasia
