Hello Sir
After a trauma, my testes are imbalanced. My right testicle is a little bit dislocated anterio upwardly due to which it is very vulnerable to pressures during sex etc. This discomfort and pain resulted decrease my sexual desire.
In addition to that, after 18 months from the trauma, I have observed blood in the semen for the first time.

Please help me what should I do
