Talk to Urologist on Testicular Pain

I sufered from UTI in 2018 by the time i felt this prblm I was out side pak in a remote area so i waited to get back to pak. After 20 days facing this problem when I visited a urologist in Pak he ran ultrasound, urine routine/culture and the only thing abnormal was protin in urine so he gave me antibiotics and some meds for 1 month i recovered and went back to work but after 20 days i again started to fel the same problem went to local dr but his meds not work for me once i came back to pak i again visited a new urologist as 1st one was out of country he again ran the same test and only find increased protein he gave me ciproxin250 and tamsolosin for 6 months usage and refer me to nephrologist he ran many test and said nothing to wory just finish the course, i again started to feel beter and stoped the meds after 6 months. The 2nd urologist sugested to have regular marital relation i was staying in pak for past year and no prblm hapen now i am again out of the country for more than a m
