Talk to Urologist on Testicular Lump

Dear Dr. as i want to say that my testicular are lump and it was damage while play in collage hostel with friends but at that time no pain and having lump but some time it have just lump and still have lump but no pain yet . and i have married almost 10 year ago . after this case . normally can do my sex with life partner but after three month because i have job here. and during these working days my sperm can release normally at some time as usually with any one just feel lump in my testicular kindly suggest me further for treatment .
