Talk to Urologist on Testicular Discomfort

2 days ago I had nightfall but when I got up my penis was not hard. Later that night I felt uncomfortable in my testicles and I went to the bathroom to check. My left testicle was hanging much lower than usual and I could feel a vein was very prominent in the scrotum. I masturbated but the erection went away quickly too and then my penis felt hard even in flaccid position. I searched online and got to know about Hard flaccid syndrome and Varicocele. The penis is softer now and testicle is also not very uncomfortable but I'm worried that I might have a serious problem and might never get an erection or be a father. I'm a student and don't have money to go for a checkup or can't discuss with my family too.
