Few days ago i feel pain on right ball when ball touch any surface. When i check self i found just like a pimple on ball is that harmfull for me? Or is it kind a tumor? Kindly guide me please.

Assalamo Alaikum dear. Get a scrotal usg done with doppler flow and have an online consultation. Tumour are usually painless and is less likely in this case.
