I have this since 2 to 3 years back.I didn't know about that because everyone said its natural process.But sometimes I had this problem 3 4 a week which is so bad for my entire body. I didn't gain a single KG since 2 years. My recent weight is 55 KG.When I get some energetic or good food then I felt the energy in my body but after that nightfall, I lose my energy as I feel.I think I stuck in my physical growth.After googling this problem, I found precautions as a remedy.Please give Your Precise Advice and precaution about How can I tackle this problem?
