Talk to Urologist on Sperm Discharge Before, In-between And After Urination

This problem he has been facing since 3 years now. Didn’t went through any major problem due to this but he is ejecting sperm or sperm like thick material sometimes before urination 85% of time, very rare in-between 2-3% and 12-15% after urination. The more the delay in intercourse is the sperm ejection shift from before urination to after urination. Once the phase of ejection of such material is after urination the more strength the penis gets. Attached tests conducted in Oct 2020 where in culture test says; no growth isolated after 24 hours of incubation at 37degree while Serology/Immunology test specimen blood says RPR non-reactive.
