Talk to Urologist on Small Penis, Sexual Disorder. Seeking Help From Sexologist / Urologist

Hi. My penis is extra small. Just like the penis of small baby. And when it is in erectile position its max 4 inches. 2nd problem is that i am often having movement in penis. Even after nactural ejaculation the heat will increase too much that i have to ejaculate by hand 2 or 3 times in consecutive 3 days. It happening from last 10 years. Even during work at job heat increased too that level that i start watching porn there and that's why i am mostly fired from job. Psychiatric said i am also having paraphilic disorder i am also taking help from psychiatric as i am having OCD. All this condition is not getting cured by psychiatric. I am looking for help from some Urologist / Sexologist I wanna add that in childhood i faced rape. And after that i was involved too much in Sexual activities with boys and after that ejaculating with hand. Please guide i am very worried.
