Hi, theres slight pain in perineum when I ejaculate. It's a weird sensation. Sometimes, after sex/pee, the urethra feels discomfort and slight pain.

I did, last year for a few months. Took a lot of antibiotics and it finally went away with IV antibiotics

Then initially what you can do is start Tab.novidat 500 mg 1 tab twice after food in a day for 7 days and Cranmax sachet 3 sachets in a glass of water for 7 days and see if the pain or irritation settles down. Plus have a lot of water at least 8-10 glasses daily. Hopefully your issue will resolve.

If the issue persists than its better to seek a Consultant Urologist. Dont delay this issue for long, it can create further complications if left untreated
