Talk to Urologist on Shaking After Intercourse.anxiety

I am 27 married ,just want to ask about my self when i do intercourse after intercouse my body start shivering and shaking .i was suffering from anxiety last from 1.5 years but allhumdulliah anxiety has gone but sometimes i feel stress .working from 8 to 5 is headache for me but i am running my old bussiness .so i cant leave it.i when i try to do gym .i feel more stressfull tiredness .my head becames heavy from the back side .should i go for the test .my test was all clear allhumdullilah .any suggest what should i do .
