Talk to Urologist on Sexual Issue

Hello, I am male 32 years old status single, never had any physical relationship. Facing issue regarding extreme premature ejaculation and maintaining erection for last 3 4 years. Due this issue I am not pursuing for marriage and now its getting on my nerves plus causing anxiety effecting my personal and professional life. Have visited multiple doctors and perform multiple test. One of them diagnose that I am having week nerves system causing all this and give me prescription for multivitamins which does not have any effect. Few reports are attached. If anyone can help in this matter that will be life saving for me.
