Hi. I am facing this issue for some months. I feel like my penis is getting shorter and its erection is somewhat weaker than before. Its veins are also becoming more prominent. But libido and all other secondary sex characteristics are normal, as I think. What should I do?

I hv observed jab mae half of midnight mae mujy achy khaasi erection hoty on its own
is it normal? does it need treatment or not
