Talk to Urologist on Sexual Disorder

I have low sperm count and have night fall more often. I think my ability of performing sex is very low. I google it and find out about these two capsule. NF Cure capsule (1each day) Vital M-40 capsule (1 each day) They write in their article to take 1 capsule every day after meal for like 3 to 4 month. I wanted to know is it beneficial? or is there any other way through which i can resolve this issue.
