Question

I am 33 years old male,i tried for a baby when I was in Pakistan on holidays,now I am back to Ireland i spend only 18 days with my wife and she didnâ€™t conceive,my wife doctor suggested me to do semen analysis,is it because of I didnâ€™t spend enough time with my wife or some other issue?the following is my semen report,
