Talk to Urologist on Semen Not Coming Out So Sperms

5 days back q all was fine semen comes fine 2 days before at night ejaculation i stopped it by pressing below neck some of drops come out other goes back after it i tried 5 times out no semen or only 1 or 2 drops. Before these i was totally fine no prostate nothing last mnth i had proper check up. From prolaction testesterone rfts lfts lipids sugar blood urine all was fine. Just ultrasound i havent done yet
