salam. its already 3 years of my marriage but still my wife is not getting pregnant. when we go for a check up every doctor says we both are fine even doctors in dubai. i am attaching my semen analysis report kindly tell me if my report is normal or not. if not than what is the problem thanks

my wife reports are all clear even i did her tubes test also . some other doctor suggested me to improve my grade 1 (progressive motile) sperm.Report shows 10% and it should be at least 25%.
