Talk to Urologist on Semen Analysis

So I’m diagnosed with Azoospermia. I need to know success stories or cures for it. I have zero sperms. Like the report shows no Mortility or counts etc. I’m unable to post my report here. Pls help me out! Really really tensed. My wife’s reports are perfectly fine.
