Pls guide for the attached semen analysis. Is it normal & good enough for conceiving? No child, married since 1 year.

First of all, semen analysis is not a sensitive thing, it's just like any other report. However visiting a qualified doctor is always a better option.
As far as this report is concerned, it's all normal except the total volume of semen. But it can be due to many factors like frequent ejaculation or specimen was collected without preferred absitenance days. Better abstain for 3 to 4 days and test again. You need at least 3 tests over a month to get clear picture. No need to stress you can concieve with current counts too. Get good sleep, eat balanced diet, 30 to 40 mins exercise 5 days a week will improve your counts a lot.
