I'm married 2 years back and the first time my wife did get pregnant but after 3 month she had the miscarriage but then I wanto overseas for 11 month I come back trying to conceive but she didn't. then I went test my semen analys and on the report I see there is 55% Active semen is this is enough for conception or I need treatment the report also attached
