Talk to Urologist on Right Testicle Issue

AOA! From yesterday i my feeling slight discomfort or slight itching sort of pain which goes and comes again and again in my right testies bottom veins area. There is no sort of swelling in both testies or any sort of injury history. It started at once.My right side groin muscle is also pulled/strained from a week and it is also very discomfortable. From 3 to 4 days i am also having low urine count as compared to normal but dont think so any sort of inflamation during urinating. Please guide me and give some professional advices that any sort of test are required or not or prescribe some medication. Plz help me. TIA
