Kindly explain this report of ultrasound... and what's the reason of infection in bladder? Is this something to worry about?

UTI is very common in women of your age group.
Reason is bacteria. Usually a three days course of appropriate antibiotics is enough to treat this infection.
Ultrasound is not a good test to diagnose UTI.
Do get a mid stream Urine culture.
Get urine culture done and ultra sound prevoid and post void to evaluate cause
Start t. Cenova 1+1+1
Antibiotic after culture
