Recurrent retention could likely mean bladder stones.
A urine culture and an ultrasound and creatinine for renal function
May need a ct scan later

I have stone in right kidney measuring 21.14 mm and gfr is 26%.
I have already operated twice (open surgery) and once urs right kidney. Now doctors advise PCNL. Please advise
