Talk to Urologist on Psoriasis With Low Libido

I'm a psoriasis patient since 2013 and visited many doctors but couldn't help. In 2017 I visited Doctor Tariq Zaman in shadman hospital Lahore and he prescribed me methotraxate (10mg every week the same day) and have CBC test every week. CBC test was always normal and tested last week again it was normal too. About 5 weeks ago methoteraxate was short in markets and I checked almost every medical store in my city for three weeks to find the medicine but I couldn't succeed. For three weeks I was worried because my psoriasis gets worse without methotraxate. At the end of third week I complete lost my sex drive and erection but somehow I was able to find few tablets of methotrexate. From last two weeks neither I'm getting my sex drive back nor my psoriasis is getting better. What should I do? I'm completely unable to do anything because from last 20 days I'm facing the problem and the whole day I only think about it.

There is no reason to be stressed out. Your sexual problem is due to the severe stress that you had to undergo while tablet methotrexate was not available. Were you also taking tablet Folic acid also while you were taking methotrexate ?
Your dose of methotrexate was also not write. Is the doctor you mentioned above is a Dermatologist ?

Is there any alternative for methotrexate ? What should I do if I'm not able to find it?

Yes he is head of department there, when I started visiting him my condition was very bad but he started treatment and I was totally fine for the last two years. Taking methotrexate every week and everything was fine my skin was good sex drive everything was good. I was living like a healthy man. But suddenly due to shortage of methotrexate everything changed. Today I visited a urologist he prescribed me YTIG one tablet daily during meal.

Yes, for first 5-6 months of my treatment by this doctor, he prescribed me to take folic acid for three days of week other than methotrexate day. Then he advised me not to take folic acid and I am not taking now. Should I take?
