Talk to Urologist on Pruritus Ani

I have been experiencing problem of Pruritus ani from some time{on and off(when it starts it stays for some days)} now, which cause too much uncomfortableness. I don't take any medications. Eats food with light spices, and don't have hemorrhoids either. I don't know it has any medical importance or not but the condition worsens more during rainy season, i don't know if humanity play any factor in this or not. I tried taking Vermox(Mebendazole) for the possibility of having worms but it didn't worked much either. Can you plz suggest me any ointment or lotion to stop the itching and soothe my condition or any other options available?
