Talk to Urologist on Prostatitis

Hi Need a urologists view. I shifted from Xatral SR 5 mg to Tamsulosin 0.4mg on doctors reccomendation to treat inflamed prostate because xatral suddenly stopped working after i started to take it with warm milk at night. quitting that, went on for a week but still same situation so doctor shifted to tamsulin. Was working fine until previously. It has been over 10 days my symptoms have gotten better but 2 side effects. When i wake up to urinate at around 8-8:30 after sleeping at 12, i cant sleep afterwards because of a general irritation in the penis area of wanting to wake up & urinate but none or little passes. Previously my problem was walking up all night to urinate but none or little was passing so doctor recommended me this to treat my prostate. Also, taking tamsulosin has lower my sperm count a lot post ejaculation. What should i do. Please guide.

Also, since over 4 weeks, i have had a slight pain on the left testicle and scrotum. I am taking a 14 day course
