During ultrasound it's diagnosed my prostate gland is enlarged a size of 38 cc, what is the best solution to cure BPH.

If you do not have problems in your "water works", you do not need a treatment.
do u feel some problem like difficulty to pass urine , difficulty to hod urine, disturbance of sleep cz of urine, ? prostate gland enlarges with age in every man who is sexually normal, but it does not need produces symptoms and does need treatment in Everyman . a test name PSA is recommended every year after 50.

Sometimes I face dribbling after urination, No urine urgency day or night, I also got PSA test and it was within the range ( 0.9 ).
