as salam o alikum, I am facing premeature ejeculation issue from last 2 month it’s started I feel weakness in my legs and the I notice the premeature ejeculation during sex after 2,3 time I have heart heart increase and vompting after eating and then weight loss upto 6 kg I take the medicine for stomach which is now ok and no heart rate increase after but premeature ejeculation is still there please guide.
