Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation And Couldn't Ready 2 Times

I want to ask something.I am married and feel real problems in sexual intercourse.First of all ,when I prepare himself to enter penis.I got premature ejaculation.After that my penis didn't ready for 2nd time despite of all of my efforts in 10 to 20 min.That is really disgusting situation for me.Plz help me and suggest me medicine.I am 24 years old.I have one baby boy.Before that there is there is no such issue.This problem arises after the birth of baby.Before that there is there is no such issue.The gap between first day of good sex and now is almost 2years due to pregnancy.
