Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation

Hi doc I'm suffering from premature ejaculation I want the permanent solution to this problem I used dapoxetine , at first I reached orgasm quickly as before but at second time it was good but the problem is it gave me severe headache dry mouth etc I don't want to live with side effects of this tab. I've heard about paroxetine (but it has the same side effects ) and delay cream etc now please tell me which is the best solution and the guaranteed solution that would help me last longer thanks .
