I got married 1.5 month ago. I am facing premature ejaculation. Before marriage I have been facing excessive nocturnal emission, 8-10 times a month. Mostly I got discharged when I do first time but 2nd time I take 5-10 minutes. Is all this normal? What would be the effect on fertility? What is the real cause for this? How can I treat this issue?
