Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation

I am 44, male, 5.8 height, and 79 weight. with no exercise and a pack of cigarettes a day.

my life was going on, and me and my wife were at ease as far as our sex life was concerned.

1 year and 8 months back, there was a domestic problem and there after till now I am living alone.

in start of this period, morning arousel was a routine, but due to lack of sex, night fall in 20 - 25 days occurred at routine, during first 6 months of the said period.

in next 6 months nightfall stopped. and in mornings, the arousel was not like before.

I started eating balanced diet and reduced cigarette inhaling. this improved my morning arousel a little and so far I am living alone. so cannot describe about my condition in the state of interourse.

meanwhile I tried to masterbate but erection was not like rock hard, and I ejaculated too early.

this is a problem to consult a sexologist, as I think.
