Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation

I am asking about my friend due to miss use of internet and premature ejaculation.when he was 15 he start ejaculation and now he is facing a problem that whenever he talk with his feonsy or think about sex small amount of transparent drop came of from his penis..he stop ejaculation and watching porn since 2 year but this problem remain. he is too much worried about this problem.so please help what can we do to come out from this problem
