Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation

my friend facing a problem that due to miss use of internet and premature ejaculation ..he is facing problem that whenever he talk with his feonsy or think about sex transparent drop come out from penis ..he start ejaculation when he was 15 but now he stop the ejaculation and watching porn since 2 years but he facing this problem and he is too much worried about this problem.please tell me what can I do in this situation
