Talk to Urologist on Premature Ejaculation

I am 28 years male. I have been in rough hand practice & pornography from past 5 years. Now my marriage is decided after 6 month. What I feel, sometime weekness, panic in body and depression to some extent. I have very less time in ejaculation about less then 1 mint... At the same I noted shrinkage in my penis too... It's seems my viens disturbed bedly and flow of blood is not viscous... Kindly guide me to comeback in original position within 5 to 6 months. I shall utterly be obliged enough. Regards
