Salam Sir Asking for a friend Please tag DR Faisal Nawaz my friend is facing premature ejaculation and did not stand long in sexual activity and ejaculate early. he consults many urologist all the docs said your problem is not curable and you have sensitivity issue. Sir Please guide if any tests needed to be done? Thanks

* With the blessings of GOD i have a child daughter but i have still the problem of premature ejaculation.
* i have visit number of doctors and hakeems but still i have condition like first day of my married life.
* i have timing less then 30 seconds & some time i just released during inserting .One main problem i just wanna share that i didn't feel any effect with timing medicine, like everlong tablet,kidney gold or viagra and the medicines like this.
When i use delay spray ,then i didn't erect very easily due to sensation problem but i feel that i get erected properly and problem is sensitivity or any hormonal issue.

* I got married in feb 2015
* Sometimes it takes 30 second but mostly less then 30 second or 10/15 fast strokes max, some time without penetration i get ejaculate.

*Some time she blames me and force me solve this issue and after every sex drive her mode get off. But our normal life is going well. Due to this problem our sex drives are not more than 3 /month. Due to lack of sex , she also had some problems during sex.

*type of job? Administration/Management job in good environment.
