I have problem of premature ejaculation..whenever i talk to any girl drops starts from my penis and it continue till end of chat.and after that pain start in my whole body.i dont masturbate.i have less erection in penis and less nightfall even once after 3 to 4 month.i discharge without any erection .my memory is also disturbed and not able to memorize things and feel tired and fatigue whole day. please help and suggest me.

Moreover, ejaculation has nothing to with memory. Agar aisa hota tau sub sexually active ya married men and women, dumb hotay ya unka hafza kharab hota.

sir i started masturbation at the age of 19 and now i am 23,,,,my penis size reduced and i have associated problems with this like depression not very much stress low mood motivation less low concentration and sometimes sad episodes intervene...when i stay away from porn for 5 or 6 days i regain my strenth my power and feeling a little bit more concentrated and focused..my weight should be 74 according to my height but my weight is 96..need opinion on this issue because it is causing more damage to my studies as well

I don't watch porn at all.but had girl friend and whenever i met her i got over excited and discharged fully without erection or less erection.
now i want to marry but i am afraid because whenever i talk to any girl drops starts and i feel uncomfortable and get tensed.
if it is not premature ejaculation then what's this?is it normal to have less night fall and less erection even in the morning?
and will it not effect my life after marriage?also i feel exhausted whole day and not able to concentrate on study/work and lost my confidence and it irritates me.
due to memory problem sometimes i feel disappointment and have negative thinking,think about suicide as i want to study more but not able to do so.
kindly help me what is the reason behind all these symptoms?

sir i do have a problem but not similar above...i do have strong erection and not any premature ejaculation my nightfall reduced and morning erection reduced a lot..i am overweight of about 96 kg..i also have low motivation low sex drive and low mood..sometimes happier sometimes sad.loe concentration..penis shrinkage also due to masturbation
