Talk to Urologist on Precum Drops ,PE,ED

Sir, due to excessive porn-oriented masturbation , I am currently facing problem of drops. Whenever I am sexually aroused, I get a soft errection and precum starts coming out of penis. After that errection fades. I have lost control over my ejaculation and semen is thin. Recently I have a faced severe pain in my pelvic area . It was cured by cranmax and antibiotics. But ability to get and maintain errection is gone. Morning errections are aslo soft. I need help as my problem is getting worse.
