Dr sahib my father was feeling pain after passing of stool, we visited to The general surgeon he examined and diagnosed the disease that, Posterior Anal fissure, and he gave medicines, Tab, Ciproxin 500mg, ointment, GTN 2%, tab, Caflom,, syp, laxeboron,, my father used these medicines for 1 months but still the anal fissure is not fully healed, kindly suggest the medicines
