Talk to Urologist on Pins And Needles

Hi i have done my hba1c due to dryness of mouth and it came back 5.6 2 months before and then i started healthy lifestyle and exercise daily and less carbs intake but problem is that i feel pins and needles in different areas of body hands, chest, face, back hands and feets. I am using methycobal but no improvement at all please help me out
