Talk to Urologist on Phemosis Treatement

I am a Non-Muslim currently living in Quetta. Few months ago, I found out that Penis Foreskin of NonMuslims can retract back to head of glans, and that I cant do that because of tight. I have Tried Phemosis exercises for 2 months, A little improvement is there but it is not that much. I want to know if It will affect my marrige life in future, also if there any doctor in Quetta that can help me in treatement of phemosis with steroid creams (and later with Circumcision if Steroid creams didn't work out).
