Talk to Urologist on Penis Problem

Hi, I had some infection in my penis due to unprotected anal sex. I had trouble urinating, it burnt. Urethra hurt upon touching. Felt hot due to inflammation. Frequent urination. Loss of erections.

I had the following medicines:

1. Azomax (one time) 2. Augmentin (5 days) 3. Ciproxin (10 days), Maxit, Cranmax 4. Vibramycin, uropin, danzen, cyptopan (10 days)

All these meds have been taken on intervals. After one failed, took other. Changed doctors.

Now my problem is, not getting erections. If I do, its bent downwards (picture attached). Theres some skin gathered on the left side right below the glans. Also, I feel a little change on the left side, a vein. pictures attached of flaccid penis
