Talk to Urologist on Penis Burnt In Childhood With Acid

Hi doctor,

I am having issue with my penis. In the childhood during khatnah the local person use the acid(by a mistake) instead of oil, that burnt the skin and doctor operates and put skin from my legs to penis and nearby. Now my penis size is 2-3 inches while eraction. It just like a young child.. skin is burnt and that's why I lost the the eraction within the seconds... In my opinion there is no medicine the only way is surgery.. even I am not sure if any surgery is possible for this.. I can't tell this to my family or anyone, I thought might be you can tell me if anything is possible or not. I can visit the clinic if there is cheap and easy way. I can't marry ever.
