Mujhe hemmoroid hain to mene bath tub mein hot water rakha or usmay lower body ko soak kia (water was not very hot but bearable by human body). After 10min when i came out i noticed my penis was numb and little burning and no erection.. it happened 3 days ago and still i cant get any erection.. Pls answer m really worried.. is it a permanant damage or anything that can be reveresed? What actually happens to it..
