Talk to Urologist on Pain Trigger With Caffiene

Sometimes after urine i got a pain triggered near head of my penis which feels like some sharp pin burning and makes me urge to pee for almost like 30 to 45 minutes and goes away.. it mostly happens when i had some drink with caffiene or alcohol and also mostly happens when i had sex or urine in 24 hours after having caffiene or alcohlic drink while it doest happen all the time but it happens mostly.. all of my tests are clear including urine dr and cs and also ultrasound report of kidney/bladder.. having this issue from years
