Talk to Urologist on Pain In Urine Plus Drops After Urine

Hello doctors when i start urine i feel pain in the vein from where urine come and after urine drops are coming from penis i go through urine simple plus urine culture test both are fine. I also go through ultrasound test plus i Check two different urologist but problem is still there
