Talk to Urologist on Pain In Left Testicle

Salam, I am feeling a noticeable pain in my left testicle from almost 3 days. It started when seven of my friends including me were in a car together and one of my friend who was quite heavy was sitting on my lap for almost 15 minutes, I felt the pain and ignored it but this morning it was quite noticeable and on self-examining I felt a small lump above my left testicle and upon pressing it the pain got increased. Please help me out in figuring out what that is as I am scared and also tell me a good doctor in Karachi that I can visit.
